Front desk employees were quite inexperienced with the products, and showed no interest or intent figuring out questions I had. Very unhelpful. The employees were vague on informing us about the 30 day return policy with orders and gave us a hard time when trying to return products a day past the threshold. No more good customer service these days it seems.
