  I would have given more stars but my move in process hasn't been the best! I'm a communicator and I guess that is not normal these days! Instead you're looked at as "difficult" instead of just wanting effective communication. Taylor the office manager, I'm sure is doing the best job they can and I like my apt but the communication could be a lot better! Cons: I didn't get my keys or view the apt until the actual day of move in. Not to mention I didn't get my keys until 1pm so that was stressful! Thank goodness my apt did look like the "video" of another layout that was sent to me to view! You also aren't made aware of a postal key charge of $20 and you have to wait 3 weeks to even get your keys, until then you have to pick up your mail at the post office after the mail carrier finish their route or the next day for 3 weeks which is an inconvenience if you work days like most people do! The walls are very thin, have to keep my tv on just to not hear my neighbors. Residents park in the visitor spots so if you have visitors good luck with them finding a visitors parking space or their car will be towed! Pros My apt is very roomy and comfortable. My neighbors although loud are very nice. The amenities like the workout area is useful! The complex itself is quiet! Maintenance is great! They come and fix the job when a work request is put in!

  I was not able to view the unit I could possibly be living in because it was still occupied. The unit that I did see was dated and looked nothing like the photos being advertised online. It was clean though. I do not like that there is only one washer and dryer per building. I did ask to see the updated units and conveniently those weren’t available for viewing either!

  Love living here. Maintenance is always on point. Never an issue. Love the ladies in the office. They always get the job done! Five stars across the board! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
