  Wouldn't give a loan for something when I had 10,000 in account and asked for 5500 dollars with credit score of 740 no help for community support of customers. Not a bank for the average joe for sure. So I changed banks not gonna bank with a company who's not there when I need them.

  The online banking for Wheatland banks seems to always be having troubles which is irritating BUT the employees at the Moses Lake branch make up for that. I've had accounts with them for a few years now and have met many different employees, each one kind and helpful. I bank with this bank because of them.
