  The place is perfect. Besides one thing I have a weird phobia about eating on furniture that has tears in it or expose cushion, and some of the chairs has just a little expose cushion that aggravates my phobia but other than the place is excellent

  I got my order to go. I wasn't greeted well when I came in to get my order. I got to the office and put everything together in the bowl like I always do. The noodles are still not fully cooked. When I chew them, they are way firm. For the price I paid, this shouldn't be how it is. I have always gotten my Pho to go, and this has never been an issue until I came here. Very disappointed. I even tried to reheat everything, and no luck.

  Came here with My Mother, a returning customer with the hopes of getting Good services. We ordered Pho with shrimp , steak and , vegetables. The plate of vegetables was super small, we had it previously and we received way more veggies so we were a little bit confused. I asked my waitress why weren’t their many vegetables we ordered two bowls. She said that’s enough vegetables “that’s how much we give” I proceeded to let her know well it was more last time so I wanted more she said you both want your own separate vegetables for your Pho, we said yes, so she took the 1 medium size plate and comes out with 2 smaller plates and just split up the same veggies that was in the medium plate! So basically she thought we were stupid! So I told her respectfully that it’s the same amount of vegetables you just split them up on small plates she said well I’ll have to get the boss. The so called boss came out and was really rude and condescending. He was yelling saying people that works for them keep giving people more veggies than their supposed to have and basically didn’t want to give us more! I told him buddy cilantro is CHEAP seriously he said it’s not it’s expensive! Seriously you can get a whole bushel of cilantro for under $1.00 but we let it go My mom and I said we just won’t return again he said okay Good! And walked off. I felt very pissed about his behavior because we literally were just paying customers and they treated us really bad they kept coming back in fourth looking at us and walking away as if we were some type of crooks! My family and I don’t operate in that manner we buy things we like and we pay and TIP well! And they literally didn’t tend to anyone else just kept looking at us our entire visit after we had questions about something we’re buying! Moreover once we received the bill we noticed an 18% service charge my mom said they charge service charges we were confused because our last visit their weren’t and service charges so I ask our waitress she ignored me sp I asked her again when did they start doing service charges she responded “ we do it sometimes! EXCUSE ME!!! I feel completely racially profiled and discriminated against because we asked a question that lead you to treat us like crooks and automatically charge a service fee over two Pho bowls it wasn’t like we had a group of people! And we were going to tip but they took it upon themselves to add it automatically and I think that is superb so I did my research and apparently this company is doing this to majority fair skinned customers and discriminating against us and saying “ black people don’t tip” they are harassing people for tips and if it’s not enough they ambush you! My mom and I will be taking some legal actions against this BS SERVICE COMPANY! Disappointing please do not service them !

  My relative and I ordered Pho ,they gave very minimal vegges, we inquired about it and the “Boss” said prices are going up so they can’t give the amount of veggies they did in the past, he gave us attitude and then charged us an 18 percent “Service Charge “ We were liviid, and will nit return again. No thank you to your disrespectful, unkind customer service
