We offer self service laundry at affordable prices. You can use your credit card, or our easy to use mobile app to start machines. Let us do your laundry, dry cleaning, comforters, sheets and linens. We wash, dry, fold, and can iron your items all with a very quick turnaround. Our Self Service laundromat hours are 7am to 9pm 365 days a year. Please note that Full Service Hours differ and may change on holidays. See "Order Pickup Hours"

Do I need coins?
This laundromat accepts coins, credit card, and mobile payment with our LaundryBoss App. We have a change machine on site if coins are your jam. Visit the LaundryBoss Kiosk for other options or download the app now!
Can I drop off my laundry?
Yes! This laundromat is managed by a friendly laundry expert! (please check the website or call for exact hours). Bring your laundry in, weigh it, then come back to pick up next day. We also accept dry cleaning, shoe repairs, and alterations.
I left my clothes at the laundromat last night, what do I do?
Our nightly cleaners take any unattended items out of the machines, label them, and put them in a clean plastic bag. Come in during our attended hours and we will happily return your items! We love finding rightful homes for clean clothes!
One of the machines malfunctioned during my cycle. What do I do?
Though we work extremely hard to prevent machine malfunctions. The good news is, we can help get your clothes clean, even if a machine has a hiccup. Just bring the matter to the attention of the attendant and we will take it from there. Our on-call service technicians can get the machine back in working order in no time.
Someone left their clothes in the washer I want to use, can I take them out?
This is a matter best handled with prevention......It is extremely important to promptly remove items as soon as cycles are done. We hope our customers understand this is a shared utility, please be courteous to other customers and remove your items. Call 304-876-0088 if you are experiencing frustration and we can send someone out to help.
How much is it to drop off clothes for Full Service Laundry?
Our regular laundry service is priced at $1.70 per pound.
Does Whale of a Wash offer alterations services?
Yes. We will accept items for alterations. We will not offer any tailoring services, however. Please bring items pinned to the desired length. Notes will be sent to the seamstress and she will call with any questions.
What is the turnaround time for my Drop Off Laundry?
We strive to be on your timeline so let the attendant know when you can make it back in to pickup. Please allow 24 hours when planning your drop-offs.
Are there any specials on drop off or dry cleaning?
We offer the following:
Dry Cleaning: 4 for 3 special every Wednesday.
Shirt Service: 6th Shirt is only a penny.
Monthly specials including BOGO deals.
