  This company installed and are currently maintaining my sprinkler system. They are friendly, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. Pricing is fair and the owner is nice to work with.

  STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. COMPLETLY UNPROFESSIONAL! My sprinkler pipe coming from my house was leaking. We called Wetscape to come out for a service call to diagnose the problem and fix the issue. After about 5 minutes, the tech tells me that our value is bad and he will need to replace it. Total cost of $440. I tell him okay no problem please fix now. He spends another 30 minutes removing and installing a new value, I pay him and he leaves. A week later, I walk by the pipe again and it's leaking from the same exact place. I immediately contact Wetscape and ask them to come look at the issue as the same problem came back. The same tech comes out and tells me that it's not the value that was the problem and that the value was never actually broken but it's another issue with something in my Utility room. He actually tells us that he never looked in the Utility room the first time and if he had he would have seen this was the issue and never fixed the value because that was never the problem. He then proceeded to tell us that it was our fault that he didn't look in the Utility room when he first came because it's the customers responsibility to help diagnose the issue and show the technicians everything they need to look at. The last time I checked, a "professional" is supposed to be the one who knows what the issue is and how to fix it and not rely on a homeowner to tell them what to do. I know my sprinkler pipe was leaking but have no idea where the pipe comes from or other things that connect to it, nor would a "professional" ever expect a homeowner to do their work for them. We told the tech we wanted the actual issue fixed now that he properly diagnosed it and to keep our $440 but not charge us for any additional work as this entire issue was because they didn't diagnose the issue properly. The company told us they would not refund our money and wanted us to pay an additional $400 to fix the issue they created! The owner actually told us they expect the homeowner to diagnose the issue and tell the technician exactly where to look. When I tried to call the owner back to discuss this, our calls kept going unanswered until he finally answered, told me he wouldn't speak to me any further and hung up the phone on me. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR SYSTEM DAMAGED AND THEN NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY TO REMEDY THEIR ERROR!
