  A great place to live. Spent my senior year of UCLA here and the location was perfect - far enough away from the chaos of on campus life but a very short commute daily, easily done with a scooter in less than 10 mins. Close to shops on Gayley and Westwood Boulevard too. Nice apartment building with good amenities, and Nina the manager was always helpful. Highly recommend!

  Spent 2 amazing years living here. Great location, great staff, and great building. Would still be living here if I didn't move states. Would highly recommend.

  Enjoy living here - great location! I can't say enough good things about Westwood Riviera! Especially, Nina the manager, who is very professional and keeps everything well maintained. She goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. I would definitely recommend renting from them.

  At first, I wasn’t sure about the Westwood Riviera; it was pretty average in terms of apartments, studios, amenities, gym, pool, ... etc. But what this place lacks in facilities and services, it defiantly makes up in management; Nina, the building manager, made this place like home for me. She went out of her way to make sure I was 100% comfortable. I chose this place when I started my Ph.D. at UCLA three years ago because of her extreme professionalism and stupendous spirit. She asked some of the students in the building, including myself, about our online schedule so that there was no disturbance from maintenance or any of the construction crew, something she definitely did not need to do. As a student, I appreciated her for doing that! During the pandemic, she maintained the CDC health protocol and helped out anyone with issues, proving that she goes the extra mile. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that there are many better places than the Westwood Riviera. However, most of them lack this human touch that will make the place feel like home. If Nina is still the manager, then I definitely recommend this place
