  Delivered report later then deadline which was issue #1, appraisal value came back minimally lower then expected on a private sale purchase which is issue #2. Doesn't make sense when some comps used in their report were for a higher value then what was used on application. Closing is now delayed over a small variance resulting in additional fees and time for clients involved. Won't recommend or use their service again in the future.

  Very pleased with Westview Appraisal's services in appraising our family home. In particular, Frank was great to deal with. We found the service to be professional and responsive.
