I enjoyed working with Paul Cobb. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was very helpful in deciding what to do about patio flooring and was very nice through the entire process. I would use Ace Handyman again and refer them to others.

I hired this company to complete some minor jobs to help me prepare to sell my house. One of the craftsmen spilled blue paint on my white/gold shoe rack and on my gym mats. The paint was not removed and I wasn't notified either. Paint splatters on my toilet. All of the bathroom walls were not smoothed as requested. There was some wall spackle left on the backside of my bathroom door. Initially, the bathroom was painted the wrong color, which they offered to come fix at no charge. On the repaint, there were sheer spots left unfinished. Overall, not the best experience. Attention to detail and care could be better.

Outstanding work. The difference betweeen the old and new windows is night and day. Your craftsmen ensured that the windows were sealed tight and were very professional in everything they did. The original windows were not the same thickness as the windows we had installed and the craftsmen had the tools and know how to make adjustments to the rough opening for a perfect fit. They were on time and I found them trustworthy.

An Ace handyman guy came and he was on time and friendly, professional and his skills were apparent. He did quality work overall. He was hired to hang 4 larger/heavier pictures, put up 2 ceiling fans, tighten up the fence gate, put a little holder up for a small vacuum in my garage, changed out a puff light (recessed led lighting) inside, remove the cover on the outside of one and clean out all the bugs and replaced it, and changed out the two outside light fixtures outside the garage. After spreading quite a bit of time in the backyard he said he was unable to fix the fence, that he couldn't tighten it any further than it was : / My biggest disappointment and complaint was: I had two 24 x 24 glass pictures that were to be hung side by side, and he dropped one and it shattered .... unfortunately that picture is no longer available The one he didn't drop is still available, ironically. He apologized profusely and although it was an accident, I believe it goes without saying Ace will have to reimburse me for a replacement. I am assuming the company has insurance for that type of thing because I'll have to replace the picture with something else. Management is supposed to contact me later today. I did receive a 10% discount for being a senior citizen but that has nothing to do with an employee breaking something and replacing it. Looking back I feel like it was kind of expensive I paid close to I forgot exactly close to $600 for 4 hours of time (you buy packages of time) and I think it's $135 an hour. So, you're paying for the handyman himself and your paying Ace -- you'd be better off just highering a private handyman so you're not paying for two different people to make money. On the bright side he was skilled, polite, showed up right on time and when I called initially Ace was even able to have somebody come the next day, but I wasn't ready that quick so it doesn't take long to get someone to come out. I gave three stars because I haven't got my picture replacement $ yet; otherwise I probably would have given four stars and just said it's a little expensive.

Hired Ace Handyman Services to do a bunch of projects around the house before listing it. George LeBlanc was at my house for the entire day and got all of the projects completed. He was very professional and skilled, and made suggestions for solutions. Walked through the house at the end of the day with him and it was perfect! He went above and beyond, and I would definitely hire him and Ace again for handyman needs. Thank you, George!
