  Move here if you want to be constantly yelled at by your neighbors for going 10 mph in the neighborhood. Second time I’ve been violently yelled at by a blonde lady walking through the neighborhood. Maybe she should get a radar detector or leave it to law enforcement who can actually provide an accurate assessment. This yelling by this lady needs to stop because it is scaring my family.

  Went under contract in 2021 and STILL waiting for the clubhouse to be built. It looks like they’re preparing for another phase and I don’t understand why the clubhouse hasn’t begun. Make sure you are detailed during your closing walks and be prepared for items to take months to resolve. It’s almost been a year for us and I wish we weren’t as trusting.

  Have friends and family who have bought a home in Westhaven at Ovation in Florida. It's been over 2 years and they have no home to live in as yet. Each time they have been promised their home on a certain date, they get another email stating that the date has been further extended by another few months. This has been going on for over 2 years. They are living out of suitcases and paying huge hotel rates. Along with that they keep incurring charges for the storage unit where they have stored their furniture. Eating out daily for over 2 years has become a never ending nightmare. Toll brothers are not reimbursing them for anything. Please stay away from Toll Brothers. Buy a property that is already up for sale and ready to move in from another realtor but stay away from Toll Brothers. They are a curse from hell and a never ending nightmare. I pray my family gets their home soon as they are in tears.
