- CRCristina RodriguezOct 26, 20255.0This property is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The fall decorations are a wonderful bonus, adding a festive and welcoming ambiance. My room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the flooring instead of carpet—it made the room feel even cleaner. If you’re visiting the Disney parks, the location is perfect—it’s very close and convenient.
- BTBrandon TOct 25, 20253.0After a long day of travel. Natalia and Mateo made checking in a breeze. Their customers service in the middle of the night is outstanding. Besides that and the numerous pools at this location, that’s about all the positive I can say. If you’re a first time visitor they really bombard you with trying to listen to their time share speech. If you request a crib/playpen in your initial reservation you have to get the go-around to even get one. After you get said crib/playpen they call you numerous times to make sure you get it. It would have been fine any other time but not at 10:00pm when I’m trying to put my infant down. The water pressure in the shower is not great and the warm water comes and goes.

I would especially like to brag on Jean at the front receiving desk! He was incredibly helpful and even remembered me from a prior visit! What a welcome! The resort itself is beautiful! You will enjoy clean rooms, plenty of amenities, and a great atmosphere for both relaxation and fun. The pools, restaurants, and water park were all top-notch, and the location is perfect for exploring the Orlando area. Thank you to the entire team! We will continue to recommend Westgate Town Center to friends and family!
- MDmekayla davidsonOct 24, 20254.0the rooms were really nice, more updated and modern than the listing photos and there’s are a lot of activities to do around the resort as well as restaurants. my only complaint is the house keeping staff yelling to each other outside every morning. we were sleeping and woken up to this every day we stayed. not very peaceful on vacation.

I URGE you to do your research and to please get everythimg in writing that your sales representative assures you will be rrue. If you are coming just for a stay they will treat you like royalty however after we have purchased anytime we have complained or asked for anything.We were deniedHowever, we've been visiting this location for well over a year. My first stay was at a different location and the second one was a town center for our free Three nights day
