  Great staff. Helpful and always smiling. Rooms are very clean. Quiet and no pot smell in the hallways. The Towers is great, because you get full access to the Town Center resort at a lower price. Highly recommend it. And it still has its own pools and hot tubs. Close to all area attractions.

  I had a newly remodeled room and it was great. The price, location, and amenities will have me back as a customer again.

  Madison at the front desk was absolutely the best. She was so patient and helpful. I booked through Expedia and my reservation wasn’t pulling up. She tried a few times and couldn’t find it. She was so polite and helpful she just said she would book us a new reservation and it was actually a little cheaper so she saved us money. The one bedroom suite was perfect it was just my husband and myself so we had plenty of space. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family traveling to the Kissimmee Orlando area. Thank you again Madison for all of your help.

  Rooms are fanatics they have spa tubs in the g e middle of the rooms..

  We had a small family Reunion there with Villa suite. 2 bedrooms and dining full kitchen living room. They were able to supply extra cook wear and dishes for our family. We had a nice time. It was close to many attractions. A Walmart close by for supplies.
