- MMMDweddingplanner4 days ago4.0Westgate Park City, a snow activity resort. Great view of the mountains all around. The ski slopes are within gondola rides. The layout of the building is different and how they connect buildings and floors is strange. I'm an owner of WG since 2007 and this trip was one i was looking forward to. It took a few days to find the amenities, was only give a property map upon checkin. The place was well kept and staff friendly. They do offer a great free shuttle service to Walmart and the town center. Tyrone, my shuttle driver was really professional and friendly, thanks.

After that they got the key card wrong--should have opened the gate to the garage but didn't--so I had to make a turn out at their gate that damaged my SUV so the other cars behind me didn't have to wait. This hotel has gone down the drain and is not worth the risk. Avoid.
- CWC WOct 16, 20251.0I booked with Booking.com Booking.com‘s service was broken and did not provide appropriate information would not let me cancel my reservation would not let me change my reservation within the timeline that they gave me they told me I needed to reach out to Westgate Westgate told me I needed to reach out to Booking.com Booking.com told me I need to reach out to Westgate Westgate told me I needed to reach out to Booking.com back-and-forth until I just about went insane I cannot recommend Booking.com or Westgate in Park city go somewhere else book somewhere else this is just insane.
- BBBrennan BuchanOct 13, 20252.0Our check-in took over 30 minutes, I had booked through a 3rd party and the front desk attempted to charge me again for the stay. After I pushed back, was asked to forward my invoice to the manager and they performed an extra card hold while they sroted it out. The entire property is a MAZE! Extremely poorly laid out with amenities in all different locations and different levels. It feels like an old run-down Vegas hotel. The room had been redone but was lipstick on a pig. The shower had missing grout all over, the steam shower control panel did not work, smelled musty. Exorbitant resort fee adds a LOT of hidden cost to the booking.
