Do NOT stay here unless you want to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do or say, or you want them to hear you. There is literally zero soundproofing between rooms. It sounds like they are in the room with you. Awful. Slept horribly as a result and felt like we had to whisper and tiptoe every time we were in our room. I'd never stay here again.

The wife and were just looking for a clean, comfortable room to spend a few nights in while visiting family. Westgate Painted Mountain was close by, met the budget range and was clean and comfortable. Sure the rooms aren't brand new but we just needed it for sleeping and showering. The property was quiet and we even had a little sitting area right outside our door to enjoy our morning coffee (2nd floor). Would we stay here again, yes! I see no reason to look for another place as long as the cost stays reasonable.

Short story, The front desk staff very disrespectful, rude, not willing to work with you whatsoever not happy with them at all, drove 14 hours to call them and tell them can you call me when a room is available like you have done in the past well we don’t have any rooms available till 4 o’clock. I said OK if you by chance get one available I’m driving 14 hours, please, no help at all so I called the corporate number. The lady on the phone called the resort. She said they have two rooms available right now. I can go check in.

Jorge F. at the front desk was very friendly, professional ,and patient with me and my co-workers when we we checked in for a business trip. I appreciated how quickly he got us all through the check-in process despite us being distracted talking amongst each other. Throughout my stay whenever I called the front desk with a question Jorge was the one who answered and he always gave prompt and accurate information. Thanks for helping make my first trip to Arizona run smoothly!

We stayed here for 3 nights for a wedding in Mesa. Location was great. The room we stayed in was dated. The drywall had some damage and the floor tiles were cracked. The room did have a fridge and microwave which is great. The tv in the room was small must’ve been from the early 2000’s. The picture quality was not great. We didn’t spend too much time here aside from sleeping. I can see this being a good spot for families to stay as they do have a pool, playground and other activities for children throughout the day.
