Very spacious and clean. Lovely decor and well stocked. Property is well maintained, has fun activities, including mini golf annd heated pool/hot tub, and close In proximity to everything.

We had a great time during our stay here. Tony B at the front desk explained everything, and I loved how easy it was to communicate with the resort staff by text. Our room was clean and comfy, and the resort is in a great location foe getting around Williamsburg.

10-22-25 Oh wow, five stars? Must be for the incredible phone-staring skills of the front desk duo. Truly a masterclass in how not to greet guests. They didn’t even look up — I guess customer service isn’t part of the “luxury experience” here. Nothing says “welcome to a 5-star resort” like being ignored by two people glued to their screens. Management, if this is your A-team, I’d hate to see the B-team. Absolute comedy.

Check-in...easy enough. But, there was a $50 deposit we hadn't been informed of previously. Also, can't check-in until after 4pm. Service...at check in Gio was great; very friendly, professional, and helpful with explaining how to get to our room. Extremely happy with his service. Housekeeping was also very helpful when we needed more washcloths and even ran them to our room immediately. The service is the best thing about this resort. We were told we had been upgraded, but then got the bait and switch, to two full beds instead of a queen. My spouse and I had to sleep in separate beds. HOW IS THAT AN UPGRADE? We were under the impression we booked a bungalow, as it was describedas a studio villa. What we received was a second story room with kitchenette. Then we were approached by a lady to hear a ninety minute spiel about the resort (even though we only had three nights in town). Apparently, they are a timeshare "resort". It's not a resort. It's a mid-grade hotel, at best. Definitely wouldn't buy a timeshare here when there are so many others in the area that are so much nicer. Room...is relatively clean (smelled strongly of bleach upon entering - so, toxic if you want to breathe). Had the two beds (one tight against window) with nightstand in between; a dresser with a fairly large flat screen on the wall, a table and two chairs. Beds...mattresses were comfortable, but the sheets were scratchy. Had four heavy, large pillows per bed and adequate covers. Our second night our ceiling fan would work, then randomly shut off, several times, until we decided to turn it off out of fear. Didn't want an electrical fire. We reported it and were offered maintenance, but it was right before bed and didn't want to wait up. From the look of the ceiling above said fan, it probably had happened previously. Bathroom...decent size. Large, well-lit mirror with a nice sized vanity. Shower was spacious, but had horrible water pressure. Thankfully, the water stayed hot long enough to get fully rinsed. Vent fan was slow and ineffective. Linens were dingy looking. And there was mold in the corners and around the fixtures. Hair dryer, toiletries, and tissue provided. Kitchen...full refrigerator with freezer, sink, microwave, dishwasher, and two burner cook top. Cabinetry with dishes, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. Dish soap, dw detergent, paper towels, sponge, linens, trashbags, and dish drainer are all also provided. Location is great for getting to attractions near the college. Unfortunately, being right on Richmond Road, you will hear every outside noise. And sadly, the walls aren't insulated well; because you hear every noise from your neighbors too. There aren't any numbered parking spaces to coordinate with rooms, so you get to park wherever there is an open spot whether it's near your room or not. This was our first time staying here, not too impressed.
