  Exceptional property with security gate and free shuttle to the Las Vegas strip. Timeshare and bookable rooms at competitive rates.

  The amenities at the resort are minimal. Service is horrible and staff are not helpful. The front desk staff was friendly but don't ask them for help. Other guests advised they got their room cleaned, I was told it is not a service that is offered. I asked at a minimum for towels which I never got. The conceirge that does booking never smiled and was not helpful at all. Access to the strip is spotty and last shuttle is early. Don't stay here if you want to go to the strip often. There is no easy way to get a cab to airport with luggage. Staff was very unhelpful. I will never stay here again.

  Wonderful hotel rooms at the Westgate resort. There actually setup with your own living area, kitchen, and a room with a jacuzzi. You don't have to order food you can shop and cook for yourself.

  I wish I could give them a 6 star review! What a beautiful and peaceful place. 😌 Gorgeous and spacious apartment style suite with fireplace feels super cozy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus, the area is super cute and fun. To make even better, it's a gated community, so you feel 100% secure. Things to keep in mind: 1) if you are on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator so you carry your luggage up stairs; 2) they only have one size of pillow, so if you like certain kinds, maybe bring your own. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did! We will definately be back! 😄
