I loved my room. It had a booth in it. It was a 2br 2 bath. Its like a whole apartment or condo more so ill say. It was big a d spacious. Didn't get a chance to get in the jacuzzi because the weather outside. They have a lazy pool and a little water park for kids to play in. The resort is not that big just one big rectangle. I didn't like the shrimp because they taste like they came out of a box way too breaded. But the tenders was good. The fries were thin cut bit I had to get them to remake them because it was cooked too hard and tasted old. The second ones came oit and it tasted the same hard and old so I just didn't worry about it. Whenever I needed something they were there to the rescue fast. I actually liked this location as far as the room better than Westgate Orlando on Turkey Lake. They just bigger and ha e more activities.

BEWARE for all those who are promised gifts & perks for signing up for the timeshare -- TLDR it's not worth it. My wife and I went for a tour of the place and a pitch of the timeshare program. The staff was generally kind, and we were expecting the typical timeshare sales tactics and pitches. We were promised $150 in a visa debit card and a voucher for a free cruise for two with only having to pay for port fees and taxes (approx $200/person). The timeshare presentation was supposed to be about 90 minutes but lasted 120 because they kept trying to come back with "better offers" like a car dealership. Same crap. Once we expressed to the salesperson that we weren't interested in paying for the real estate of a hotel room essentially valued at $2.6 million (which is insane lol), he got passive aggressive. He said we shouldn't have wasted his time if we knew we weren't going to go forward with paying for a timeshare and essentially tried to make us feel stupid for "missing out on the offer." Very professional up until losing his cool in the last 10 minutes. ALSO the coupon for the "free cruise" has an $100 activation free per every two people who use the coupon, and the port fees & taxes were much higher than the estimated $200 originally stated. Very misleading, which is incredibly epitomised by Westgate's entire business model. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR WESTGATE. Save your money, invest it, or do literally anything else with it. Don't fall for the ploy of "having your money work for you" or "using other people's money ("OPM" lol). It's both a poor investment and essentially multi-level marketing (i.e. legal pyramid schemes).

I think I've already put a five star review on a couple years ago but after my last stay at Westgate I wanted to post another. We absolutely love staying at Westgate. Everyone is super friendly, rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable. Not one complaint about the entire experience. Love this place.

It was a great experience! Very family friendly, we enjoyed the daily activities as they kept the kids engaged. We looked forward to the poolside Bingo games.. just wish they were longer. The entire staff was amazing! Everyone was extremely friendly and always willing to help. It rained on our second day at the hotel, the snow cone social was one of the scheduled activities. My daughter was looking forward to it.. despite the rain, Ray was kind enough to bring out the machine to make it for her . That was amazing. On our last night, the Westgate team hosted a live comedy show with Steve Zimmerman and that was just amazing. Steve was very funny and jokes were appropriate for the entire family. Anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cocoa Beach, it’s Westgate.

Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Westgate Cocoa Beach in the future. We've been guests at Westgate Resorts across the country for more than 2 decades. We arrived at 7pm and get into our room, on the bed there was what appeared to be termite poop on the bed. An employee mentioned that a building had recently lost power, and guest were impacted. We were transferred rooms but there was a colony of ants in the bathroom and kitchen. We were then moved to another room around 9pm that evening. The following day, we were in the kitchen and a small roach crawled out of the utensil drawer. While the staff had been accommodating they were unable to help up cancel/refund our days. Westgate Owner Services were also inept. They took over an hour going back and forth to get us taken care of. Never in my life have I had such a poor case of passing the buck. Never once did any employee question to validity of our complaints, which hints to this being a chronic problem. We also saw a family hurrying to leave when we arrived at 7pm. The beach is close, but I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy.
