Our issue has been that we received a QR Code to manage amenities, seemingly perhaps including the only way to manage the TV that was on when we arrived to our room. I tried using the remote and oddly enough it seemed to receive a signal, but nothing would change. I could not change the channel, change the volume or even turn it off. I had to frankly unplug. The real messed up part is that when my mother tried to use the QR code, she started to receive spam seemingly like a virus was placed onto her phone. After about 3 minutes of the browser on any page, she gets an inescapable ad that suggests she has a virus on her phone constantly.

Though the rooms in our cabin were fairly antiquated, the service we received from the maintenance men who we required for a broken A/C system upon arrival was beyond our expectations. They were friendly, efficient and went above and beyond to understand and help us. Justin, in the activity center was incredible. He was friendly, fun and enthusiastic about helping kids having a great experience while there. He made our children feel important and truly made our time here worthwhile. He deserves to be acknowledged for being a great team member and a huge asset to this resort.

This is by far one of the best hotel experiences I've had on vacation. The room was so clean, the service was fantastic, all you have to do is call the front desk and they deliver room amenities to you (like towels, soap, pillows, toilet paper). The location is absolutely gorgeous, and there's so much to do on site. We ate in the market, which was very convenient to have close by. We did the hiking trail down to the waterfall, and that was really nice as well! Will definitely stay here again, it's a beautiful resort. I think we will try to get a cabin next time! My only issue (which wasn't a real issue since we were out doing activities most of the time) was that the wifi wouldn't connect to our phones very easily, and the IT helpdesk wouldn't answer the phone. But like I said, that was a non-issue.

Absolutely loved our honeymoon at this resort! Chad, at the front desk, made it so easy to get checked in. He was very sweet and personable, also quite knowledgeable. Mrs. Tami was also very kind and helped us with our reservation and questions. The atmosphere is so welcoming. They have an incredible amount of amenities, games, foods, and activities for everyone of all ages. Our room was romantic and rustic, with mood lighting, large shower, and all the accents and placements of things were well thought out. My husband and I have truly enjoyed our stay with them and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you Westgate Branson Woods, and thank you to the wonderful team of people who took care of our every need.

We went there thinking we were going to stay in one of the cottages. To our surprise we were put in the large hotel building in a grand villa room. The guy working the desk said they were newly remodeled and they were in better condition than the cottages.. He then told us to go talk to a lady who just gave a large sales pitch to start our vacation. This was completely off-putting and really made the first part of our vacation seem more of a sales pitch than a vacation we could relax and enjoy. The first 1-2 days there just seemed cold. We never felt cozy/homey during our 4 day stay. I think part of it was just wondering what other sales pitches we were going to encounter. (We declined and avoided the 'free' breakfast that is a larger sales pitch and is anything BUT free.) Overall the feel felt more like a room/place for a business trip rather than a vacation where you could just wind down and relax. Room: The room was remodeled and extremely clean/nice. We were on the third floor and they only had 1 elevator working. We would wait 2-3 minutes every time for an elevator so after the first day we just used the stairs except when we were moving luggage back to our car. Location: This is the best part. You are also in a gated resort area which is nice. The resort activities look great for young kids or teenagers; however are for older ages than our 2 year old. We already have another stay planned with family, but I don't know if we will continue to come to this resort. It has some positives, but I am sure there are better ones in Branson.
