They need to retrain or hire new employees that value the customer. I really dislike this location but I am forced to bank here due to a business account. Less then 1 star

If you have any problems go into any branch, the employees are friendly, jump in to help solve the problem, and arent rude to people like they lost their manners like other banks. Will recommend Western Security to everyone I know.
