  Rented for 2 years. Gate only worked for a third of the time. Got an email last week that I had to be out in a month because they were going to make the spot where I was inside storage. Instead of letting me know ahead of time they waited till last moment so that they didn't lose any money. When I tried to cancel they ran me around in circles. Very poor customer service.

  I have used several storage facilities over the years and west circle storage has been by far the best experience I have had. The units are clean and access is easy and convenient. I would recommend this facility for anyone who has storage needs.

  Really great storage facility! Super easy to get a unit right online and code entry to the yard! Highly recommend!
