Communication issues happen and of course the recent storms did no favors to their systems. This community is so nice. Unfortunately there is no way to conduct a self guided tour when the office is closed. They will send you all the information to come tour and when you arrive there will be no way to get in the building. It is advertised as if the tours can be done anytime, but that is not true.

I chose to lease here over properties that were closer to my work, in large part because Wendy was so helpful in our first meeting when I came to tour a unit - I never felt like just another number; she took the time to make sure I had all the information needed to make the best decision for my situation, and she was happy to give thorough answers to any questions I had. I have lived here for about 7 months now, and since moving in, the experience has remained overwhelmingly positive. I would recommend this property to friends and family without hesitation.

We came by for a tour and the entire experience was the most clear, concise and thorough experience I’ve had when prospecting apartments. Pam in the office is a real gem, I’m grateful to her for her kindness and transparency - and she was so easy to get along with. We were so impressed by everything we saw, especially the amenities. The unit we looked at was spectacular - amazing window light and gorgeous kitchen. There’s no pool but in my experience, apartment pools can be a major headache for employees and residents alike. We would’ve picked West 46th in a heartbeat if there was more parking for residents instead of just 1 spot per bedroom, but we understand the space constraints of a bigger parking garage. If you’re considering living here, give it a tour - you’ll be impressed!!
