  This has been our first year with a short term rental and everyone at We Need a Vacation has been beyond helpful. I had heard wonderful things about the platform but did not realize the extent of it. Everyone has been of great assistance from the initial listing to questions regarding bookings, the home itself, the guests, etc. I feel incredibly fortunate to have everyone’s support at We Need a Vacation. Thus far, everything has run so smoothly and we have had wonderful guests to share our home with thanks to We Need a Vacation. There are so many moving parts when it comes to a short term rental and we would not have been so successful this season without the assistance from everyone at We Need a Vacaction. They truly care and want you to succeed. They are friendly, helpful and always so incredibly responsive whether by email, follow up phone calls etc. I highly recommend everyone use We Need a Vacation for their rental properties. We are incredibly fortunate to have it available for the Cape and the islands as a listing platform with exceptional employees.
