  My only concern is the Absolute ridiculous amount of salt used on the pathways. I had s dog and its heartbreaking to watch her limp or scream in pain from walking on the over abundant amount. brutal!

  I am Centurion property for one year now, I leave in a beautiful new building in Kitchener. The apartment is great looks more like a condo than a rental unit. The staff form the building resident manager and the property manager are amazing people. We patience and understanding all the issues and request have been resolved in timely and professional manner. Building surrounding areas are well kept and maintained. The pet bags and waste disposal stations are an exceptional addition to the property and ensure grounds free of dog poop. Our building is safe, clean and well maintained. It will be nice if all our neighbours from the building to be considerate of the surroundings and treat the building like your own home.

  I have been living on 11 wendy court Cambridge,on since two years now. The superintendent deeran is easy to get ahold of for any questions. The building is clean and quiet. I would recommend living here to ny friends and family.
