  Thank you so much for the experience, I'm the type of person that generally has a lot of questions and Dave handled all my questions and provided the type of service that I feel was above and beyond my expectations. We're loving the tub and it was very reasonable. We had to start from zero with major upgrades to our electrical and installation of a cement pad. Dave guided us through the process, very patient and informative and transparent. Thank you again!

  My wife shopped every spa store in The Springs and landed on Wellis. Dave was great from start to end. The installation went off perfect and included a crane to lift the spa over our 2-story home and onto our deck. Dave arranged it all. The onsite (our deck) education Dave provided after installation was extremely helpful and definitely a plus when you make such a substantial purchase. We had a slight issue with our spa a few months in and within 1 day after contacting Dave their technician, Cameron, was at our home and corrected the issue. Cameron was extremely courteous and professional. He explained in detail the issue and how he made the needed adjustments. We are 100% satisfied with our decision to `buy from Wellis Hot Tubs of Colorado Springs.

  please find our covers we had order about 3 months ago paid for. I see others have had the same problem why do you take peoples money? terrible experience. Give us back our money we are in need of covers the hail beat our covers up. we have to get covers and you never let us know you ignored us. we have been waiting you said it would take about three months so we thought any day.

  My husband and I were shopping for a hot tub and this place had one we really liked. We put a $300 deposit on it so we could figure out if we could get the electrical installed in our house, we were reassured multiple times that it would be refundable if we decided not to move forward. Dave was the person we were in contact with and he was very responsive in the beginning. We ended up not being able to get the electrical set up we needed so we called to cancel the hold on the hot tub. We were told we would have the refund in 5-10 business days. A few weeks go by and we tried to reach out to Dave several times and never heard back. We ended up having to dispute the charge with our bank.

  The manager Dave is Professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the hot tub industry. Has 32 yrs of experience. Definitely highly recommend him👍🏼
