  Just started taking my mini golden doodle puppy to Well Groomed and couldn’t be happier. Tessa has been her groomer and she is AMAZING! And I can tell my pup loves her too!! The 1st time was a partial grooming and Evie had a beautiful blowout. The 2nd time was a full grooming and I couldn’t be happier. Evie looks beautiful and even has gorgeous, long eyelashes! I also really appreciate that it’s so close to where I live and how easy it is to schedule and I found the prices to be reasonable for such a quality experience. The people at the front desk are also very friendly and welcoming.

  Went here for the first time and loved this groomer! Such a nice groomer who was so sweet to my dog Teddy. Teddy looked so cute with his new haircut too! Thank you Well Groomed Pets team!!

  Love this place!! My two cavapoos have been following Maddie since they were 15 weeks old and so we’ve been to 3 different groomers over the last 4 years. This is our current groomer, and it’s hands down the best one yet! My pups love Maddie, and from a customer’s perspective, it’s far more organized, thorough, and communicative. I have nothing but great things to say!

  My initial outreach experience was great, though our first in-person visit didn’t quite meet expectations at first. However, when I reached out to ownership, they responded promptly and professionally, completely easing my concerns. Catherine, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure our girl was well cared for — and she ended up with the best haircut she’s ever had! I truly appreciate the professionalism, the care in addressing feedback, and the genuine effort to make things right. Our baby looks amazing, and we’ll definitely be returning customers.   This was our first time at Well Groomed Pets. I was so excited to have a groomer conveniently near. I scheduled an appointment at 9 am when they opened. There were plenty of groomers so I thought it could be done within an hour; it usually takes an hour for full haircut elsewhere; this should not take as long. Ms. Lared (groomer near the employee door in the back) unsure her correct spelling. She said it would be 2-3 hours. Mind this is a wash and tidy up cut. I was quoted $59 over the phone, but it's extra for grind nails and more for Tidy up cut. Ms. Lared quoted me $69. I return an hour later because I was done with my errands and wanted to see if it would take an additional 1-2 more hours so I can plan my day. I sat down since there were others with the front desk lady. I just wanted to know how much longer. I was surprised when I was told that my pup was done. This was unexpected. The lady said they were about to text me and was going to go get him. I didn't have the harness and leash with me. I had to carry my pet and he scratched me. So I went back and said the nails were rough and not filed with the grinder (which I paid for). Ms. Lared filed them and told the front desk lady that it's as close as she could without getting too close to the quick. She was not happy. I am not happy with this ladies work. She might have been overwhelmed with a Saturday Morning Grooming appointments, maybe someone called out, bad morning traffic...I don't know. Bottom line, I paid $74 from the $59 I was originally quoted. That's $5 less than a full hair cut. I should have had requested a full hair cut! My pup has a red mark in his face, his bum was not groomed nor was his tail brushed out. I like the young lady in the front desk, she is very pleasant, easy going with the pets and my dog gave her many kisses while having his nails filled. He loves baths! If Ms. Lared represents all of Well Groomed then, I am not happy at all. I really hope others had a better experience than I did. I know that every groomer is different and I really hope Ms. Lared had better experiences with other pets that day. I just didn't have a good pet groomer experience.
