  I’ve been bringing my dog, Deuce, to Well Groomed since April 2025. This is my first pet, so I’ve always kept his services basic to monitor his health and ensure nothing goes unnoticed. Sadly, that wasn’t enough—despite my care, Deuce was injured during his most recent grooming appointment, and it breaks my heart that he had to suffer in silence. After the visit, I noticed he was uncomfortable and favoring one paw. I rushed him to the vet, where he was diagnosed with a grooming-related injury. The vet’s statement reads: "A small abrasion was noted between digits two and three on the right front paw, which unfortunately was most likely due to a grooming injury. Erythema and severe pruritus were observed... a skin infection requiring oral antibiotics and topical treatment." I immediately informed Well Groomed of this injury. What’s even more upsetting is that this led to an unexpected vet bill and medical treatment, which is especially hard to manage during these financially difficult times. This wasn't just inconvenient—it was stressful and emotionally draining. My dog is not just a pet; he's my emotional support and family. Knowing he was in pain and I didn’t know sooner is devastating. While the groomers seem competent with basic cuts—and mostly cater to Doodles, Shih Tzus, Pugs, and similar breeds—it seems like not all dogs receive equal care or attention. I expected better, especially from a business that markets itself as a premium grooming service. I have reached out to Well Groomed to see how they plan to resolve this matter and will update this review accordingly once I receive a response. In the meantime, please be cautious. No grooming visit should ever end in antibiotics and a vet bill.

  Best grooming place I've found yet! Always so sweet with my dog, professional and surprisingly very clean. I've been to a lot of grooming facilities and this by far is so neat and clean. They have a glass wall to watch them groom! Grooming prices are reasonable and always put something cute on the pet. I can't praise this place enough!

  My dog looked beautiful, deshedding was the best he’s had and he was happy. Very pleasant staff. Will definitely keep going back.

  Poor communication. Charged same amount even though they were not able to give our puppy a hair cut just bathed and face trim. If they know that puppies get excited then tell the customer to schedule during slower times. Won’t be back

  WGP did a wonderful job. It was my puppy’s first visit to a groomer. They took their time and made him feel very comfortable. He was very happy and looks great!
