  Time wasters. I did the whole process online to have them come out to my house and inspect and look at the car. Was offered an estimated value in which I feel would be fair. Very busy person and don't have time to go and drive to their business, despite they are only 3 miles away from me. I like the convenience of this but........ So here's the situation. I received numerous texts letting me know that my appointment has been confirmed which is fine. Then I get a call from them about an hour before appointment. Lady calls to confirm my appointment for today at my house. She also lets me know that the offer I received is an estimate only for value of my car, which I understand. Basically can go no higher but lower on offer. I understand that, so I told her if it goes any lower than estimate offer, I'm not selling. So she then said they're not coming out to evaluate my car then. I can drive it 3 miles to their business and have evaluated there. I told her I'm not driving it to them so she said OK I'll cancel your appointment today. I told her OK since she's already made her mind up. They're claiming that if I'm not willing to to take a lower offer, there is no intention to come to my house. So chances are the estimated offer online is probably not what you're going to get anyway even if car is in pristine condition. So for anybody that wants them come to your house for inspection, don't do it. Don't even bother getting an evaluated offer online. Best bet is to drive your car to them. There you can get your lowball offer upfront. Lol!
