  Made a same day appointment and Melissa called me to confirm and go over what to expect. I came by and she was very helpful in getting me squared away on a paperwork issue that would have impacted me regardless of who I sold to. She was very friendly, honest and nice to chat with. I will consider them again and recommend to friends and family.

  You go to most places like this and expect to be low balled... Melissa not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. Minus a couple technical difficulties beyond her control, Melissa was able to get me out of there in under 2 hours and offered me about 1.2k more than the lowest amount I would accept. I walked out with about $600 less than the estimated price, which was like $4800 and got $4256. Thanks, Melissa!
