  I’ve been a customer of many banks - both large and small. I can’t say enough great things about Frankie and his team at Web5 bank in Shrewsbury. They are always so professional, responsive, and friendly. Frankie has gone out of his way for me on numberous occassions to help me with my business and personal banking needs, I could not be happier with the service and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an exceptional banking relationship.

  I cannot say enough about this bank and the amazing staff. Frankie Gonzales is the epitome of customer service. I can’t even list all the times Frankie has answered the phone and helped me with soooo many different things, big or small! The entire team provides that small company service with big company offerings. We use Web5 for our business but I’m seriously considering moving all the rest of my accounts over.
