- MHMichelle Harvard6 days ago1.0These apartments seem to have terrible management. They never answer the phone and they don't return calls. It's no wonder they have so many empty units that they are advertising $999 rent.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. All the current residents have nothing but positive feedback and say how great of a change these two have made. Keep up the great work you two!!!
- TDTristan DavisJul 17, 20255.0So, to shed some light on this property, I have lived here for a few years and this place used to be a complete dump! Over two years ago we had crappy management and maintenance but now they have a new team there, Tara and Kevin they are a blessing from god!!!! They turned that place around and is so amazing to live there now. I sadly moved just recently due to a job I got on the other side of the states and I am going to miss those two a lot. If I ever come back to this side of the states I hope those two are still there cause I would come back in a heart beat. Now this Jeane Butcher woman was actually a neighbor of mine and was a total nightmare. She had a dog always barking in there along with her crazy sister. She was also running all around the property like she herself was on drugs. It doesn’t surprise me she left her review cause I am sure she left her apartment in bad shape. Also the staff there is great with communication. Tara was always running around posting things on people’s doors and Kevin does amazing work. So I would not read to much into her review. W.Cook
