Are screens removal or cleaning or either or both included in basic or standard window cleaning?
No. Since all windows are neither installed with screens, nor do all clients have screens installed. This is separate and independent service. *Note: It is highly recommended that screens are removed from the inside; to avoid damage to the screens frame.
Is roof debris removal included in basic or standard gutter cleaning services?
No. Roof debris removal is a separate and independent service. Systems with guards, screens, or covers only require roof debris removal. We Clean Windows will/do not disassemble gutter guards to provide gutter cleaning services.
How can I best prepare for service delivery?
Great question!
For window cleaning, please re/move any furniture, desks, or valuables away from windows and doors a few hours prior to your service appointment. For gutter cleaning and pressure washing, clear the driveway, walkway, and decks of vehicles and valuables.
