WCI was great. Tremendous urgency to get the job done on budget, on time and as promised. Great experience. Crew was great. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t get anyone to come and service my spa. After waiting over a month I was able to get a replacement part from WCI and fixed the spa myself

I went in for help with chemicals for my hot tub. They explained the choices well and sent me with the right chems for my situation. Great people and great service!

They have a booth at the Iowa state fair. The sales person was completely out of line threatening and screaming at my child. My son has a intellectual disability but looks like a normal child. The situation was my son pressed on the water fountain making it spray causing the sales man to become enraged and scream at my son. They have no signs not to touch the water. Would highly recommend turning off the spray features for children who may not understand.
