  I am a burger freak. I love burgers more than steaks. This is my opinion, only mine. Having said that, I asked for my burger to be crispy on the outside, they seemed eager to make it that way. They did not. It was under cooked, and very greasy. They were too thick because of the fat double burgers. I ate the whole burger and it took 4 napkins to get all the grease off my fingers. The fries were good but not crispy enough. But that's me. I think you need to check out Freddy's Burgers before too long. No grease, great service, Great fries, crispy burgers and you can fit them in your mouth even though they are double. I don't like their atmosphere either, but it's all about the great food. Build a better mouse trap...

  You can never judge a book by it's cover. Whataburger is set back in a strip shopping center. However when you walk inside, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Staff is customer aligned and care about turning out a great product. And the food is very good for a chain resturant. A pleasant surprise....
