The men in the back were EXCEPTIONAL. We had a mix up with our impossible burger that was very particular and they went out of their way to make sure it was correct. The young man with the number 7 tattoo on his neck was so kind, patient, and friendly. He deserves a raise for how much he was willing to help. All the workers made the experience ten times better. We will be back to the abercorn location.
Waited about an hour since my order was placed for an Oreo Cookie Sundae to be made. They just weren’t working the ice cream/milkshake section for over 50 minutes. Got up twice to ask for an update and when they actually started making the milkshakes again, they gave someone who got there after me their order before mine.

The employees don’t wanna be there and it shows. There were two employees one taking orders, one cooking. The cook was making one burger at a time. I waited 40 mins for my food then had to wait in like 5-10 minutes to get a refund because I only get an hour for lunch and needed to get back to work.
Their menu is trash and that should have been my biggest warning, they don’t list ingredient names just what they call the burger so it’s a mystery meal if you’ve never had that menu item before.
I would avoid and find a restaurant that knows what they’re doing

I ordered a double bacon cheese burger 🍔 it came with no bacon. I checked our receipt to make sure that is what we paid for, it was so I took the burger up and showed them the burger and the receipt, they acted like I was asking for something for free. The thin small patties were seriously over cooked. My husband ordered the bourbon 🍔 burger. No bourbon sauce at all and his patties were over cooked as well. $30+ for 2 small burgers.

You walk in and a TV is blasting a TV show throughout the entire building. This location wasn't really busy when we walked in, though I know places like this usually have a lot of online/food delivery orders in the evening (5:30PM).The cashier barely made eye contact and couldn't muster up enough customer service to speak loudly or clearly. Asking for clarification just meant I had to lean in closer just to simply complete my order (which proved to be a waste of time anyway). We ordered our food that either someone else or nobody got (2 burger meals) and proceeded to wait over 30 minutes to receive it. After finally getting the food, both burgers were wrong, and I also watched them sit in a line of burgers with receipts on top of them while the sloth-like, less-than-enthused staff members just kind of moseyed around putting food into bags when the mood seemed right. I'm not expecting top-tier professionalism, or even top-tier customer service at a place like this, but what I saw and experienced looked like I'd stumbled into someones living room at 1AM while munchies were being prepared. Overall, to order something so simple, to wait so long, and for it to just be flat out wrong (I will give some credit, the fries that come with the meal were in the bag, LOL) is asinine. If you like Wayback burger, just grab it from the location in Pooler during your next Costco run or something, can't say I will be returning to this location.
