  I recently dined at Wayback Burgers in Milpitas and was thoroughly impressed by the food taste and quality! And the impeccable service of their employees! Also, I recognize the owner was very careful about their customers! It's a very clean and organized environment, and my toddler boy enjoyed the burger for the first time! Well done for great work, and keep it up! I highly recommend, especially to those who are looking for halal food! I will be coming back! Thank you so much.

  Quaint little restaurant off the beaten path. I would pass by this place all the time when getting my Starbucks fix. Finally decided to try it out while staying at a nearby Springhill suites and immediately got hooked! The portions are good size & always freshly cooked. This is my 2nd time here & got the chicken BLT. YUMMMM! Staff is friendly and both times I stopped in it was quiet. Definitely worth your time & money!

  The female employee with the scarf covering her head is very rude. You’ll stand it for five minutes and she acts like you’re invisible. She would just ignore you and then give you attitude and she takes your order. Very bad customer service.

  Very rude customer service and they hang up on me as well. Look at the other reviews I attached from their yelp. When I told him about it all he said was"ok thank you" instead of"oh im sorry about that we messed up those times but I can recommend this burger or that item" but he didn't he just said thanks and hung up. Guess he doesn't want new customers.

  Walked in at 1:35 on a Tuesday, one customer waiting for his order, the rest of the restaurant was completely empty. Three employees behind the counter, stood there at the ordering registers for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment of me being there and/or asking if I wanted to order. During the 15 minutes two people walked in for pickup up orders and got acknowledgment right away, two phone calls came in for what I assume was Togo orders and saw more burgers go down after the calls. Three employees behind the counter, all made eye contact, none acknowledging me or asking if I’d like to order. Might be a good burger but couldn’t get one ordered in 15 minutes of standing there.
