  I ordered a big cheesy with fries and it was delicious. The food was made fresh, atmosphere was pleasant, and all of the service members were attentive and friendly.

  Been eating here for years and got a bad chicken blt from door dash today. The chicken was tough and raw in the middle. I called and spoke with manager who just kept saying call door dash they will refund you. He didn’t care that I said the chicken was undercooked or that I felt sick. I am extremely disappointed and won’t be back.

  Worst takeout experience I’ve ever had. The order was missing tater tots and ranch, and everything else was just tossed loosely into a greasy paper bag with no proper containers. The food wasn’t hot, tasted awful, and made my wife sick to her stomach. We had to cook a second dinner afterward. I spent $40 on what felt like garbage. When I called, the manager refused to refund anything unless I brought the food back, and said he’d only cover the missing items, ignoring that the entire order was inedible. Total waste of money and the most unprofessional handling of a refund I’ve ever seen.
