  Love the customization options; Jamisha was very friendly & patient, especially since this was my first visit. I had the double cheesy special & a Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake. The burger was very hot & fresh; both it and the shake were delicious!

  I had not been to Wayback in maybe 10 years. Its not on my main route so I dont think of them as much. I will have to change that. I wanted a really good burger and fries. I got a great burger and fries. My classic burger was juicy and yummy. My fries were hot and crispy just like I like them. Isaac was so helpful and his service was great. My whole experience was above what I expected. Fresh hot food. Will be back again soon! Price as just right! Thank you Phil for making this experience just as good as my last one. Great team at this location. Recommend everyone try them. Consistency is everything!

  If there could be more stars to be given, I would! The food was made to perfection, served quick, and with outstanding service! The sweet lady went above and beyond expectations to make my little girl happy over a chocolate shake! To see a place of business go to extreme levels to make sure each customer leaves satisfied speaks volumes! Great food, even greater service!! Special shout out to Jamisha, girllllllll we love the service and special treatment we felt we received! It wasn't just with us, but with every single person who walked in to this door! Thanks chikka!!

  Had to put a second review in simply for one of your employees.(hopefully I’m not spelling this wrong) Jamesha was so sweet and was working very hard for every customer. As a former business management student I’d advise management to encourage her and make sure she is well taken care of as an employee. Showed great initiative in cleaning, she was getting orders out asap, and was very personable. I observed her treating multiple groups impartially with the same level of respect I was shown as well. People like her deserve a pat on the back, especially by her management!

  So I just wanted to say that I can’t remember the day I was in there for breakfast but it was about week in a half ago and I have to say the two young ladies working that morning were so amazing she even asks me if it was too much butter and of course I said absolutely not it was perfect but the service was super amazing and I tell everyone I know stop eating at McDonald’s and all the other ones you guys make the best breakfast out there for fast food. The two ladies will hopefully remember me just by the butter statement but they need to be recognized for sure I just got out of two surgery’s yesterday and I will definitely be back because they both made my day especially after finding out I have late stage liver disease along with my hernia surgery I had yesterday as well. Again thank you to those two ladies who were amazing.
