  This place was AMAZING hands down food REALLY GOOD and fresh made to order. Customer service was top tier not sure if he was the manger or not but we had 4 kids and 3 adults. He came right over moved tables to fit our party. I appreciate that so much. We got the call my daughter in law water broke we ran out of there so fast, he was like just go i got it. Thank you. When i come back to Oklahoma we will be returning here.

  Went at 530 on a Tuesday to eat. Drove 12 miles to try it. And they were closed.

  I do DoorDash deliveries.I had to wait for someone to talk to there was nobody up front .I said I had a delivery the guys said the internet was down..The older gentleman was very rude…

  We did a doordash order today and my husband went to go pick it up. Only to find out it's not an independent restaurant, but a small food court thing inside Walmart deli. The teenage female cashier threw our order at him and it landed on the counter. Our food was greasy and cold. Chicken tasted freezer burnt, fries were half cooked/soggy. Just absolutely gross. The customer service my husband experienced was beyond abysmal. He was willing to look past a lot, then asked the girl for straws. She just looked at him, rolled her eyes and walked away. Ignoring him. My husband just walked out. We did call to speak to the manager about the horrible customer service and food quality. He made excuses and then said (in regards to the employee) "that's just how she is", "we are thinking about firing her" & then told me a diagnosis of hers as an excuse. (I'm not putting what he said in order to protect the teen girl). Wayback burgers, I hope you see this review. It's illegal to disclose health information of your employees. And it's absolutely gross food with unreasonably high prices. The only "good" thing was that the restaurant was swept and visibility clean. This the 2 stars for atmosphere. I would seriously reconsider staff retraining. We will not be going back.
