  Ordered pickup for a certain time of the evening. I happen to get there about 15-20 early and my food was already sitting on the counter. When I was handed the order (3 burger meals) it was all jammed into one bag. The drink lids don’t fit the cups tight enough so when putting the order in my truck one of the lids popped off and spilled pop all over my passenger seat. I noticed after they had taped the lid on the other drink with good reason. When I went back in to complain he just put more tape on the lid. When I told him I just had the interior cleaned, so who’s paying to have it done, I just got a blank stare and he walked away. Then when I got home I opened the bag and they put the fry’s a tots on the bottom and we’re all squished flat! On top of it the burgers were dry and Luke warm. Not impressed.

  the experience is always good when i go to way back, good quality food, amazing customer service. Rozalpreet was serving me, she was, very friendly and made me and my friend feel welcomed definitely recommend.

  I got recommended to try this place. I have no regrets. My boyfriend and I both agree the service was super friendly. The food was fantastic, good portions! Also enjoyed a shake, yum. I recommend trying this place for high quality, tasty food😀

  I placed a Skip order. Unfortunately it wasn’t up to par. The grilled cheese wasn’t even cooked. The chicken strips were quite small considering I paid over 11 for 4 small strips. There were no fries with it. The drink was packaged with packing tape and leaked all over. Maybe consider an alternative to packing tape. We had first tried them when they opened and didn’t have a great experience. We won’t be back unfortunately.

  The customizable burgers were such an awesome touch! Everything was so fresh and hot. The place was very clean. We were greeted by both the cook and the front end when we entered. Very friendly! My husband got cheesy signature burger and raved over it and will be back for it alone. I had the classic signature and all ingredients were very fresh and crisp! Well definitely be back!
