Absolutely horrible experience. I placed an order to be picked up on 1/27, and as I arrived at the store, they told me they had to close and my order would be cancelled. It has been almost a month later and I still have not received a refund or ANY CONTACT from the store. My order was over $200. If anyone has any tips on how to get in contact with anyone, please let me know. I’ve also reached out to corporate and Yelp with no luck.

The food Wayback burgers was fantastic! I had a bacon, bourbon burger and onion rings! It was a Saturday afternoon. Not really crowded and the service was extra slow at the time, I will definitely go back for another try and see if the service is better... Stay tuned

I recently visited Wayback Burgers and was thoroughly disappointed by the service. I arrived around 8 PM, expecting a normal dining experience before their closing time of 9 PM, but what I encountered was far from acceptable. The staff seemed completely disengaged, spending more time on their phones or standing around rather than attending to the growing number of customers placing orders.
The situation grew worse as customers, frustrated with the long wait times, began requesting refunds. Despite this, the staff showed little urgency to resolve the delays, continuing to fulfill orders past closing, stretching until around 9:35 PM. It was clear the workers had no motivation to provide timely service, and many customers were visibly upset.
It’s evident that Wayback Burgers is in desperate need of new employees who understand customer service and can efficiently manage orders. If management doesn’t address these issues soon, they risk losing more customers.
