  My understanding of emergency service is that they will answer the phone when called or at least return the call within the next 5 minutes, maybe 10 minutes. As of right now an hour has past and nobody has called, if they happen to have the decency to call back and give some kind of excuse I'll update the review, otherwise take this review as they never called back.

  I went to Ace Hardware to copy my car keys, but they were not able to do so.The man behind counter recommended Waukegan Safe & Lock Services. It was little bit out of my way, but the drive was worth the outcome.They're very professional and know what they are doing! An excellent service. Thank you.

  I was pleased that my car key was not expensive, so I had other keys copied as well. The service there is quick and courteous.
