  Watsons installed my Tesla EV charger at home. They coordinated getting the permit, negotiating the lower price with the town when the town increased the permit fees in the middle of the job (after the application had been made but permit not issued) When they did the initial install I wasn’t at home and I was a little unhappy with the job - primarily to do with the cosmetics (of conduits running in front of the house). After I mentioned it to the owner they very quickly agreed to do it the way I wanted and the final job was very clean and neat. Jesus the tech was polite and very nice to explain to; he spent an extra day to make the job right and went over and beyond normal schedule to make me happy. All at no extra charge. Watsons is very very customer focused. They know what they’re doing and really work to make the customer happy. The town inspection went well and passed right away. I’d love to have them do any/all future electrical work
