  We’ve been in our Truman model home at Watson Hill for a year now, and we’re very happy with the build quality. Ashton Woods did a great job—the craftsmanship is solid. The team was great to work with throughout the process, and they’ve been excellent at handling any warranty claims quickly and professionally. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and we’re really pleased with our home.

  We chose to buy our new home in Watson Hill for its historic location and beauty - as you drive into Watson Hill the canopy of ancient live oaks trees draped in Spanish moss over West Ashley Rd is breath taking! We are so in love with this community and our new home built by Ashton Woods, as they have clearly made every effort to preserve the surrounding landscape! Ashton has many different models of homes to choose from and we are so happy we chose our Truman style home as we wanted a spacious open one story!! We have amazing neighbors all around us and an amazing community!! We have been here for one year already and I highly recommend Watson Hill and Ashton Woods if you are looking to buy a new home in the Charleston area!

  My wife and I choose the community because of the location between Summerville and West Ashley pretty much in the middle of everything 20 minutes from downtown. The community is beautiful with so many modern upscale designs. Makenzie Pillion at the model home sales office is the best :-)
