Waited weeks before Michelle responded to our website request. Spent another several weeks getting to a final proposal. Accepted proposal and put down 50% deposit. Today they came, without calling first, dug around a for 15 minutes and said that the supply lines in the ground could not support the work they had proposed. All Sullivan principals had inspected the current installation. Sullivan had complete access to the current system while making its proposal. Pure bait and switch.
