- SSSteve SwansonSep 2, 20252.0I've had a membership for this carwash since it opened. Today I wanted to add undercarriage wash. I paid extra but when I went through it didn't wash under. So I went through again, still nothing. When I told an associate about this they asked for my receipt ( which I don't get) told me to pay again and they would watch it... It did indeed charge my card but no undercarriage. Be careful what you are buying!

This dude needs a demotion or at very least some more training in customer service. I come here everyday and have been for years, but lately it seems like every other employee in this place catches an attitude over the smallest things. Whoever the store manager is, you need to get your team together please! Very unprofessional!
