  First time there by someone who fears changing dentist. I moved so had no choice. Easy to get to with plenty of parking on side streets. - no stress there. Reception was great - no stress there. Next dental Hygiene - pleasant and talkative enough to keep my mind from fearing the unknown. She took full set of X-rays - me being new . They use a a handheld thing that looks like the child of a hair dryer and a radar gun - it made quick work of taking the X-rays - no overwhelming machine hovering over you - no stress there. She was thorough cleaning my teary but - gentle. The Dr was great as well when the X-rays and explained things nicely. Offered to get pre approval a before moving forward- so totally non stressful visit

  Had an excellent first visit with Watertown Family Dental. Everyone was very kind, and the quality of care was the highest, I can’t recommend the enough. Grateful to have found them! Update: Second visit was also great, couldn’t be happier, thank you!

  The entire family uses Watertown Family Dental, and we absolutely love them. My son is 3 years old, and they managed his appointment so perfectly to make him feel comfortable and even excited to have his teeth cleaned. Very grateful for their incredible service.

  I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Eilers. She is professional, but compassionate at the same time. Always explains what she is going to do for you, and checks to make sure you understand and are on board with any procedure. I am happy with all the work she has needed to do, including making a mouth guard, a crown, and a couple of fillings. Dr. Eilers has even cleaned my teeth once, when she wanted to give one of her hygienists some time off. She is the real deal.

  My 1.5 daughter had her first official dental cleaning today and it went so well! We had previously went to another dentist and the Dr was sadly dismissive, rude and short-- and then didn't actually clean anything. Today was the exact opposite: friendly staff, I got to ask all the questions that my heart desired, and the Dentist was amazing. She was so gentle, knowledgeable, quick and I could tell my daughter felt unsure about it all but aired on the side of trust. There were no tears, her teeth got cleaned exceptionally well, and I had to drag my daughter out afterwards because she wanted to stand around and socialize with the staff. We had such a good experience. Looking forward to getting myself an appt as well.
