- SDSami DunlapJun 4, 20253.0I’m going to start with the positives. The staff was AMAZING—very responsive, and solved an issue with the parking very quickly. The location was pretty nice—Key Largo isn’t the “nicest” of the Keys and it was in a cuter spot, even with construction near by (not their fault). It was walking distance to a cute little fish store and restaurant, and had a lovely view of the canal. The parking wasn’t great but there was assigned parking that our big truck fit in, so I don’t see any issues with that. My number one issue was that the bed was SO incredibly uncomfortable. It was worse than a college dorm bed. My wife and I woke up with sore backs and necks. It was awful. This is clearly a rental where they spent more time paying attention to how it looked than how functional or comfortable it is. In addition, I was very frustrated that I was required to take out the trash at a literal cabana that I paid a decent amount of money for. This isn’t some random house on Airbnb—it’s an actual cabana with a management company. “Closing chores” are honestly offensive when you’re paying as much a night as this was.

The location is absolutely perfect!!! right on a peaceful oceanside canal where we watched boats and even manatees go by. It’s incredibly relaxing and quiet, yet just minutes away from amazing restaurants and fun activities. The cabanas were super clean, well-equipped, and full of charm. Can’t wait to come back! :)))
