  Apartment 4/5. Complex 4/5. Maintenance staff 4.5/5. Management 2/5. Loud noises from upstairs like they have horses running around the apartment. Trash service is very unreliable we have taken our own out for the past 8 months. New PetScreening pet profiles are terrible caused nothing but issues. Pool closes a lot. Funky smells in elevators and hallways quite frequently. Since our time here we have had a few issues with the automatic garage door opening possibly after closing it and leaving and stayed open until hours later when we noticed it was open had to have that system reset a few times but pretty sure that has caused items going missing from our garage it’s been a while since that last happened though. Rent goes up a lot come time to renew. Lots of silver fish. 2 at most 3 packages stolen that I can recall in just over a year. We have been here over a year it has its good and has its bad points.

  I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff that works here Richard is amazing and always makes sure any issue that is brought up is taken care of as quick as possible. The maintenance staff is also stellar especially Melissa she is always friendly and I see her working so hard. There was one time I saw her picking up around the pool area after the previous evening where the residents left trash all over the place. Kudos to her and Richard for their constant professionalism.

  This was my first apartment, and I was genuinely excited to move in with my brother, who had previously lived here and recommended the place. Unfortunately, our experience has taken a disappointing turn. We haven’t even lived here a full year, and yet we've already had to renew our lease. Despite that, we will not be signing another lease once this one is up. We have upstairs neighbors—likely with a child—who run, jump, and stomp around nearly every evening. On the weekends, the child has woken me up at 7/8 in the morning. This noise has in the past lasted all day long. It’s become extremely difficult to relax or enjoy quiet time in our own place. We’ve submitted three formal noise complaints. After the first, management asked us to document the disturbances, which we did. But after our second complaint, we received no response. The third complaint got a brief reply, but nothing regarding an actual plan of action. The lack of follow-through is not limited to noise issues. I’ve also tried to get clarity on basic amenities like how to use the on-site grills. I called multiple times during business hours and sent an email. It took several days to get any kind of reply, despite reaching out during open office hours. Overall, if you’re thinking of moving here, I would encourage you to reconsider. The apartment itself might seem appealing at first, but the ongoing disturbances and lack of communication from management have made this experience deeply frustrating.

  My girlfriend and I applied to this apartment complex over three weeks ago and it has been nothing but frustration. We submitted all required documents upfront, including our job offer letters of over $120K in income, and paid both the application and admin fees. After multiple attempts to follow up (I personally called over 10 times, left voicemails, and sent emails), we were met with silence. The only contact came when they briefly responded to my girlfriend, only to claim they still needed proof of income—even though we already provided it days earlier. We tried again to clarify and re-submit the information, but once again: no response. It honestly feels like they took our money and ghosted us. If this is how they treat qualified applicants, I can’t imagine how poorly they manage things for actual tenants. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. Avoid if you value your time and money.

  I lived here for only a year, but if I hadn't had to move, I would have definitely stayed longer. During my time here, I encountered just a few minor issues, all of which were resolved either on the same day or the following day. A nice bonus was the early opening and late closing of the pool, and the hot tub was available throughout the winter. In the house where I lived, they recently changed the carpets, which are quite clean - as long as no one spills drinks on them, which, as I understand, cannot be washed out. The entrance is cleaned daily. I can’t comment much on the appliances, but they seem modern for an apartment buildings. Overall, I enjoyed everything about my stay and would rent here again without hesitation.
