I made it very clear that I did not have this Brands but the employee insisted repeatedly that I come into their shop and how friendly they were and how helpful they were. I just drove 45 minutes to get here to have the employee tell me she was not willing to help me. She kept saying she could not tell me how to take down my pool and I kept repeating I never asked to take down my pool because that's not what I was doing. I simply am trying to learn what chemicals I need to buy to put into the pool over winter as well as finding out the best way to clean the dirt off the bottom. They woman told me that she helped me by handing me this piece of paper with chemical information and she could not do anything else so I finally walked out
