  Have a credit with the company which they claim can not be refunded. Ridiculous. Moving, so won't be dealing with these people again. Don't waste money on a company that won't provide refunds when they're due. After your response, it makes me even happier that I don't have to deal with your company anymore. I got ONE response from a tech, not 4 and no others. I'll be moving to an area that does not need irrigation and the never-ending price increases you would do. Enjoy the craphole we live in, called Illinois.

  I cannot recommend this company less. We incurred a major electrical problem as a result of the service they provided my family. In lieu of offering help (mind you I wasn’t looking for anything of monetary value), I was continuously told to reference the contract that my wife signed. Unprofessional and unkind - simply bad business.

  Response to "Owners" comments: Since the “owner” stated the review is unfounded and contains inaccuracies, I have added the e-mail documentation I mentioned in the review (see redacted photos). The same has been provided to the Better Business Bureau plus more. i.e. Bank Investigation case and security video/audio segments. Given the statement that they do not have a Yelp site, that has been removed from the review. Updated review: This is the worst vendor I have ever experienced. I had an irrigation system installed on my entire property. A flower bed was planned for the front of my deck (see associated photo). Prior to install I discussed the planned flower bed in front of our deck. A new zone, $200 extra, was added to the contract specifically for the planned flowerbed. This was discussed and documented in e-mail. At the walk-through on the day of install, I specifically requested the control boxes to be placed on the side of my deck since we will be planting in the front of the deck. Also, the planned flowerbed was outlined with white marking paint. When I returned, the boxes were installed in the front of the deck. I called the office and was told by the sales guy that, per the contract, the Foreman has final say on the placement and they will not move them. I asked repeatedly to discuss before my final payment. They did not respond. Instead, they used the routing / account numbers from the check I used as a deposit and issued a direct withdrawal from my bank account. I have the document case file from my bank which they determined was “bank fraud” and the transaction was reversed. Water Works had access to my wifi irrigation controller account so to “provide better service”. They locked me out of the controls which were also altered to be on even during the rain. I had to reset everything myself. They then added an additional fee due being forced to reverse their fraudulent access to my bank account and threatened that if I did not pay it, they would come and rip out all the equipment. 1) Don’t give them access to your system via the monitoring service. 2) Don’t use this company. People I know have cancelled their contract. The above is well documented via e-mail, official bank investigation case file and video / audio from my security system.
